Springer Top Clamp Handle Bar Adapter for 3.5" Center

Springer front end adapter plate allows you to run 3.5" spaced riserless handlebars or use non-springer risers with your springer front end.  The plate bolts to the 4.75" spaced bolts on the springer legs, and the second set of 3.5" spaced mounting holes provides a spot for riserless bars or non springer style risers.  Includes hardware.
