Looking for a simple solution to all your Evo Sportster wiring problems? Designed to work perfectly with our Evolution Sportster hardtail kit, this stripped down chopper harness has you covered. 

kit Includes;

  • Wiring harness
  • 30Amp circuit breaker
  • Weatherproof keyed ignition/start switch (Intended to be used with 7176 or 7133 motor mount
  • 100% Made in the USA

Includes wiring for:

  • Headlight 
  • Taillight
  • Brake light (Intended to be used with 4089 brake light switch)
  • Regulator Rectifier hot wire (reuses OEM RR & Stator)
  • Starter exciter wire
  • Key switch wires 

Ignition module, pickup and coil wiring not included. Use Single Fire Ignition kit, or compatible.

Nice, but pricey for what it is

It's pretty clean, but the sleeves could be better. The video and wiring diagram are 5 stars for sure. But I thought this kit would at least come with the ignition and coil wires. For the 5 wires this came with, I wish I just watched the video and built out the harness myself. I know the point is to get rid of the sportster wire harness mess, but I could get a whole factory harness for this price. I appreciate the minimalism. Lets me decide if and how I am going to do high beams, turn signals, etc. but the coil wiring is kinda necessary to run the bike. So I'm further away from startup than I expected when I started to wire up this harness. Luckily, I already have everything I need as I was going to attempt a full custom wiring harness anyway.

I like this product because it really cleans up all the wiring in a build. Really simplifies everything, along with the video and schematic you cant mess this up. I got lost along the way i was about to send an email for help because i know this company really shows support but i rewatched the video and i got it figured out :) time to solder that ONE connection
