Please read the following:

Custom Laser Derby Covers available in Matte, Wrinkled or Gloss Finish. Not available in Chrome. 

Choose from the following:

  • A - 1970-1999 Big Twin
  • B - 1994-2003 Sportster
  • C - 2004 & Up Sportster
  • D - 1999-2018 Big Twin (Excludes '16/'17 Touring Models & '18 FLSB)
  • E - 2016 & Up Touring Models
  • F - 2019 & Up Big Twin Narrow Profile (Includes '18 FLSB)
1.) Vector artwork is always the best and easiest to work with, and yields the best results. (.AI .EPS .PDF etc) 
 
2.) If you do NOT have vector artwork, we ask for a minimum of 300 dpi in a raster/jpg file. Anything less than this can result in a poor resolution and decrease the quality of the finished product.
 
3.) All artwork will be changed to a black and white format. Anything black in the artwork will be laser etched, exposing the metal beneath the coating. Anything white will not be etched, leaving the product's original coating. 
 

People are going to want to eyeball your ride anyway, why not have a message or logo that either starts a friendly conversation or perhaps gets you punched in the face?  We can laser engrave whatever you want (Have we seen it all? Challenge us!) on a derby cover.  The engraving will remove the coating leaving a raw aluminum design. These covers are made with die-cast construction with a domed design.

Custom covers are non-returnable, please be sure to correctly match the necessary cover. No changes can be made once the cover is done.

Super fast

It was super fast. I uploaded a vector file and they shipped the cover within a couple days. I was a little nervous since I wasn’t sure what size they would make the design, but it was perfect. I would Highly Recommend

Exactly what I asked for

The throttle addiction team was very responsive, creative and helpful when designing my custom derby cover. They helped me put my idea together easily and made sure I was happy with the result before putting it into production and then sending it out to me. I was not very computer savvy, so they offered to send me some examples until we got where I wanted to go. When the product arrived i was happy with the color, font and complete outcome of the product. It fit the bike according the bike specifications that I gave them. Pumped on the end result. Thank you
