You can’t build a spool wheel without a quality polished aluminum spool hub!  Black Bike Wheels in Van Nuys, California machines each one of these at their family owned shop, then powder coats or polishes them in-house, followed by carefully and accurately pressing in the sealed bearings in.  The result is a quality American made part assembled by a professional wheel builder allowing you to rest easy and trust your spool hub.
