Biltwell - Tracker Mid 1" Handlebars - Black

These handlebars are constructed with seamless CNC mandrel bent 0.120” wall 4130 chromoly tubes. Available smooth for custom and non H-D applications or slotted to accept original equipment Harley-Davidson hand controls or notched for throttle by wire. 

These bars look great on: Club style Sportsters and choppers with tall risers.

Construction: 1-inch O.D. x 0.120 wall seamless 4130 chromoly tubing. Bends are created with internal mandrels on a CNC bender to reduce flat spots in the radiuses, and all welded joints are precision mitered and TIG welded. Available slotted for stock and select aftermarket Harley-Davidson hand controls, smooth for aftermarket levers or notched for throttle by wire. 

Fitment: The tracker mid is perfect for so many different motorcycles: Club style Dynas, dirt trackers, regular old British and Japanese classics, and of course lightly modified Sportsters.

A few words on knurling: We don't knurl Biltwell bars because doing so reduces the surface area where the handlebar makes contact with the risers, thereby compromising clamping power. Stock and aftermarket steel risers commonly found on cruisers and custom Big Twins have a material density 4 times greater than aluminum. This density doesn't let knurling bite into the riser material, which in turn compromises clamping strength.
