Fuel Reserve Bottle

The first bottle I received was defected, and leaked. Customer service was awesome. They sent me a replacement, which works perfectly without leaking. Then they asked for me to send the first one back, so they can see what went wrong and how they can improve. Almost unheard of that a company wants to learn from a defected product. Shipping label was sent as well, to cover return costs. Overall happy with my experience / the product.
