Bates Style P-Pad
Looks great, just fits the lowbrow manta ray 4 3/4 width fender. Mine came in under the 5 inch base advertised, this was a good thing for me. Paired this with the Throttle Addiction Bates Style Solo Seat. Would have got 5 stars but the bolts on the seat pan are metric.
