This 21” spool chopper wheel features a made in the USA polished 40 spoke aluminum spool hub, made in the USA chrome spoke and nipples, and an imported 21” x 2.15”  chrome steel rim.  The entire set up is manufactured and assembled by the pros at Black Bike Wheels in California.  American made parts and assembly leaves you with a quality worry free wheel.
